The laughs don't end in this opposites attract romance. Wherever Reese goes disaster is not far behind. Seeking closure she mistakenly burns down an outhouse and in the process lights park ranger Wade's fire. I received an ARC of Romancing the Ranger in an exchange for honest review. This red hot read corners the market on comedy and sensuality but throws a ton of heart to the mix.
Loved it! Another great read by Jennie Marts. If you are looking for a short HEA, this is the book for you. Reese is young and has money. She is just unfortunate in her choice in boyfriends. She heads up the mountain to burn her keepsakes of a failed romance. Unfortunately, the outhouse caught on fire and the Warden, Wade, caught her. Wade isn't about to let her just throw money at the problem. He just didn't anticipate the judge making him help her and oversee the work. The chemistry & sparks begin to fly.

Jennie has a way with her writing that incorporates comedy & romance and tells a great story. I couldn't put this book down and was laughing & smiling through it. You could totally imagine the scenes in your mind. You won't be show more disappointed with this one.

Big City meets Country in this romance. Reese Hudson finds herself spending two weeks in Cotton Creek after the judge passes sentence on her having accidentally burned down an outhouse in a public park. Park Ranger Wade Baker is told to supervise. Wade is leery of women who have or want expensive lifestyles and Reese is ready for someone down to earth. With Reese wanting to change her image and do so immediately the physical side of the relationship between Reese and Wade moves quickly. The possibility of a future for the two of them together is the question and reading to the end of the story is required to find out whether or not they will get their happily ever after. If you are looking for a fun romance with some humor this might be show more the book for you.

This story was a little slow to start for me. Once I got further into the story, I found it to be an enjoyable read. I loved Wade's grandmother. This is a quick, light story that is funny and sweet.
