I wobbled a bit in Chapter 2 on Scientific Inference, but otherwise this was a very clear and readable introduction to the subject. One of the best so far in this series.
Does what it promises, well written and I'm glad I read it just in time for Kuhn.
Very interesting book if you are interested in philosophy and in science. Sometimes it seems to be little bit fake, but philosophy is always little bit fake, this is whole point of it I think :)
Well-written and adequately detailed.
Like most books in this series, full of basic and useful information about this contentious field.
An excellently clear and concise introduction to the philosophy of science. Recommended.
