I've never read the book series before, and I quickly got confused as to sudden jumps in time and plot points that were barely fleshed out. It did make me want to go out and find the source material, so it might work better for a fan of the series than it did for me.
And now then this week I have stayed up too many hours reading your "Final Scream" for 3 daysI read a PB 500+ pages takes time - for me. I just want to say that your love scenes were very unique well written and a nice change from others I have read in the last year, and much different in a real good way then I have read in the other suspence, mystery, and romance suspence. I would say your writing is most enjoyable and allthough its different from my favorite author K Reichs I hope that your other books will be just as great and keep me entertained for quite a while, that is as soon I get more of them!
A very good read with wonderful word flow! You don't just see the words on the page! You experience them!
Liked the twists & turns of going back 17 yrs & to modern day. Good mystery & little romance. This is a stand alone novel
Hard to put down, it keeps you engaged throughout. Very interesting. I definitely recommend!

Romance author Lisa Jackson grew up in Oregon. She graduated from Oregon State University and started working in the banking/investment industry. In the early 1980s, she stopped working in order to become a stay-at-home mom and started writing romance novels at the suggestion of her sister and fellow romance author Nancy Bush. She published her show more first novel, A Twist of Fate, in 1983. Her books regularly appear on the New York Times, USA Today and Publisher's Weekly bestseller lists.
