It could have been good if it wasn't so drawn out and didn't waste so much time. Too much time wasted on the h's airhead mother, too prolonged scenes in the brothel, too boring a stretch with her wealthy married lover, too mean and unnecessary when her little son was killed, too much nonsense about her being infertile when she wasn't, too ridiculous for her to plot revenge on the son of the man she blamed for her troubles, too predictable that the son is the H, too ad nauseum while she vacillates between "I love you", and "I'm afraid to confess my feelings", too silly when she sets death traps, then races to undo them, too little time spent with the man she loves, too crummy for him to be murdered while she blames herself, too stupid show more for her to agree to marry a psycho obsessed man under the influence of laudanum, and just too damn WEIRD for to keep hallucinating that she's making love with her true love's ghost...and even WEIRDER if it's true!

Not to mention, too long for this creepy chick to finally die!!!

In other words, skip this paper waste.
