Really a 3.5 rounded up. The story-line was interesting and these characters are always likeable and intriguing. Think that after five books in this series I'm just over the BDSM element. It's gotten tiring and overly prominent. And a bit unrealistic that every one of these beautiful people decide to give "the life" a try and end up happily deeply immersed.
There are three constants with the Quantum series fearless women, overpowering men and a level of electricity that can set off fireworks. When it comes right down to it, Ravenous is a shocking inferno. Ellie and Jasper are in lust. Can a secret project turn their lust into full blown love? How hot can one couple be?

Marie Force was born in Newport, Rhode Island and grew up in neighboring Middletown. She graduated from Middletown High School in 1984, and attended the University of Rhode Island, where she double majored in both journalism and political science. She graduated in 1988 and went to work for a local community newspaper, where she learned a great show more deal about writing and editing. Marie went on to earn a master's degree in public administration through a program offered by the University of Maryland. Before becoming a full-time author, she worked as a communications director for a non-profit organization and editor-in-chief of a national trade magazine.
