Description

I've never spent a day without my mate since arriving on the ice planet. I'm happy and in love, and we have a beautiful child together. All that changed when the world shook. My mate nearly died. He wakes up from his coma . . . and he can't remember me. Or our son. Every memory of the past two years is gone. And that changes everything between us. How can I love someone that doesn't remember me? How can I not, when I know he's still my mate underneath it all? Contains mature themes.

I think this worked fairly well, although I will admit to "just talk to him, Stacy!!!" running through my mind more than once. Pashov is a sweetie, but also kind of clueless. Anyway, still entertaining, and it's neat to have a second perspective on the earthquake and the journey to the new location.
This is my new favorite story in the series! The feels! This one was heart-wrenching, and oh so sweet. The story was amazing. They dealt with a near tragedy and then learned how to love one another all over again. The series just gets better and better, and the world building and stories for all of the characters keep growing. I read these for all of the lovey-dovey, toothache inducing parts. The spice is just a bonus!
I enjoyed this one but it wasn't a favorite. I think there was room for much more angst before the happy ending. As it was the story was sweet as these two re-established their relationship. And of course I totally enjoy this series and I'm glad the author found a way to tell more stories without finding more human women somewhere. That being said there are still 4 guys without mates. Sucks to be them. Although of course one might eventually resonate to the teenage sa kui girl but that still leaves 3 hmmm.
Stacy and Pashov were deeply in love and had been together for a few years, when Pashov suffered a head injury and lost his memory. They have a lot of things to figure out and some misunderstandings to deal with in order for them to be together again. It was a little heartrending at the beginning, but it ended up really sweet.
A gentle but powerfully emotional story. Felt so sorry for them both, they were frustrated with what they had lost and tried really hard to get to know each other again. Excellent story telling, really moving.
