Preschool to the Rescue

This story would be great for an interactive read aloud. There are a lot of ways that you can read this book with enthusiasm to engage students/children. At the beginning you think that the trucks getting stuck in the mud are actual trucks but they are really toy trucks and cars. The twist was a funny one and I think that younger students would find it very interesting.

Describes a big mud puddle that wouldn't let anything go that got into it. A lot of energy that makes a good read aloud. Loud good bright pictures in the book.

When a mud puddle traps a pizza van, police car, two truck, and other vehicles, a group of preschoolers comes along and saves the day.
