I very much enjoyed reading this book. Some of the questions that Dr. Anapol brings up are very important to think about BEFORE getting into a poly relationship.

This book encourages personal and spiritual growth. It also teaches that learning from things that make you uncomfortable is an important part of life. It also goes into different forms of honesty and how each is important.
