A murder mystery set in Catalonia in the second half of the fourteenth century, with a blind Jewish physician trying to figure out how the apparent murder of a nun relates to a plot against the children of Pedro, king of Aragon. Pleasantly readable if a bit thin—the mastermind is both obvious and quite stock.
