THIS is not a book on sexuality but, as the subtitle 1,001 Things you hate to Love elucidates, how we are seduced by worthless pop culture.
Although the book is English, it contains few Guilty Pleasures that are not familiar to South Africans, and every page will elicit a wry groan of recognition.
It’s amusing, well-written with delightfully turned phrases, and informative too.
