In Macomber’s romance novel, Carrie is a reclusive but gifted artist with secrets she wants kept to herself. Local architect Shayne Reynolds collects good art but what he really wants to collect is Carrie herself. While attraction blooms between them, Carrie rejects his advances even though her heart would very much like to say, “Yes."

A good story.
