This reference book offers a wide variety of topics that cover Japanese American history and context. Topics range from Executive Order 9066, Food, Hiroshima, baseball and even the Hawaiian sugar industry. There is a great timeline at the beginning of this reference book. I highly recommend for the short bits of background information that may be needed for research.
