Africa is commonly perceived as a global growth regionand a continent on the move, with a huge demand for managerial skills to ensuresustainable economic growth. In order to gain a comprehensive understanding ofthe challenges to management education development in Africa, it is importantto understand the diverse cultures, histories and contexts underlying the 54member states. With this is mind, this book explores the future of managementeducation, considering the differing scenarios for change and the practicalrealities of developing management education in VUCA (volatile, uncertain,complex and ambiguous) environments.
