Finn had a rough start in life. Then his grandparents step in to raise him. But it was only to mold him how they want him to be. Finn did what was expected of him no matter what. But one day his life is turned upside down when he is left to take care of his nephew that he never knew he had. Plus he has to deal with contractor, Slade, that will not take no for an answer for the up coming bid that he got shot down for. What will Finn do with Slade? Will he give in to his demands? Or will other opportunities pop up?
Slade is upset that his bid got pasted over and he is determined to make sure that he was given a fair shot not matter what. show more So when he approaches Finn about it, he is surprised to see that Finn is keeping a secret from everyone. But this secret, his nephew, Beau, soon brings them together in more ways then one. Will Slade be able to put his past aside to be with Finn?
I really liked this book. I could not put this book down once I started reading it. The flow of the story was on point. You will fall in love with the characters. This is my first time reading this author and I can wait to pick up another book by him. I highly recommend this book to others show less
