Biscuit is so excited to be a parade that it's hard to convince him not to join in the fun! When a bunch of balloons get loose, can Biscuit help out?

This book is simple and straightforward enough for young readers who are working on reading on their own. Biscuit seems to have an enduring appeal, although I felt like some of the illustrations here felt a little old-fashioned (particularly the drum majorettes in their tiny skirts), although attempts were made to depict a more diverse population in the crowd.
