Bill's first foray into the Twelfth Doctor's comic adventures saw the pair caught in the middle of a stand-off between a group of Vikings and Ice Warriors, all going head to head with a sentient disease-carrying Flood. After defeating the enemy, there was little time to rest before the Doctor was thrown into another crisis which threatened his past incarnations and everyone he ever loved - the Void!
