I do feel like this series gets a little better as it moves along - this book picks up where the previous one left off, with Agatha, Sophie, and Tedros working to take back the throne of Camelot. To do that, however, they need to understand their enemies better and this book contains several revelations on that score, but with leaving enough unexplained for the next volume. My favorite part, by far, was learning that Reaper is the monarch of Gnomeland, which may be the best thing in the entire series. I look forward to the next book.
I love this series. I love the richness of myths and legends. I cannot wait to read book six. Agatha is still my favourite character and Sophie is growing on me.
Agatha returns to the School of Good and Evil to recruit the first year students' help in rescuing Tedros and Sophie from Rhian's clutches. Agatha must also solve the mystery of Rhian's background before Rhian's coronation.
