Awesome novel!! I very much enjoyed it. One of my most favorite in a while. It starts out with a variation of a well-worn cliché; but it's a familiar cliché. One that grabs you from the start and pulls you into the story. From that moment on, you follow Syd, the protagonist, as his life goes through very rapid changes and becomes more than human. As you enter part two, the novel takes a different turn which will make you wonder where the story is going. But then it all comes together and you look back and it's only obvious that the story was heading this way. Everything ties up at the end very well. Overall an extremely gripping novel that excites and gets the pulse pounding. The last 100 pages went by in what seemed a blink of the show more eye. Highly recommended! show less
