Loved this crossover between the Ballers series and Blackwell After Dark series! The Lying Game is a second chance/enemies to lovers romance between Carter and Lacy, whose relationship goes back to childhood, their mothers being best friends. It's hot, funny, emotional and contains a couple of surprising plot twists! Secondary characters add much to the story - it was great to see the return of Chandler and Amy and Lacy's friend Lance is perfect! If you're looking for a HEA, you'll need to wait for book 2, The End Game, in September as this one ends in a cliffhanger. Judging from this book, it will be worth the wait!
