Living Light: The Art of Using Light for Health and Happiness

This is the second book I've read on the health effects of light, and decidedly the better of the two. I was still a little disappointed that many of the claims here go beyond the realms of hard science; however, some of the material here is indeed backed up by research. The writing is good and the book flows along nicely. Including a chapter on nutrition seems like an odd choice and I'm not sure how much value that adds; it felt a bit like filler to me. Still, I haven't yet found a better book on light, and if you haven't done much research on light's health effects you might learn a good bit. Recommended if you're interested in this field.
