It was so great to be back with these smart, resilient characters working to fight for their lives and save humanity. I'm a big Joe Ledger fan and like to cheer for Benny and the gang. Now I met Gutsy and fell for her too.
Things are dicey when communication with Asheville is interrupted and Joe Ledger goes missing. The three groups converge at New Alamo as more of the origin of first night and bioweapon testing happening.
I think this book is for existing fans...and I'm one of them! Can't wait for book 2.

Well that was such a fun zombie action adventure!
I really loved the new characters and reconnecting with some old ones from Rot and Ruin. I messed up though people! I hadn't really absorbed the fact that this book took place after the events of the Rot and Ruin series which I HAVEN'T FINISHED! I got some major spoilers which had me moody for at least an hour. Thankfully I get over the small stuff pretty quickly and was able to move on and really enjoy myself.
I am going on to book 2 straight away!

Zombies take over the world
I’m sure some students may like-story involves zombies, zombies with changing viruses & destruction of world. I thought I would like but dragged out for me :(

Awesome ! Continues years after the Rot and Ruin Series ended. Some old character are still around aged and grown. I loved it can't wait for more
