Hmm. Heavy sigh. The search for a great Elvis/religion book must go on. It takes about 10 minutes to flip through this amusing little book. Not quite what I was hoping for. There are some fun comparisons in here, like "Jesus held Mass (Matthew 26:26)--Elvis had mass; 260 lbs of it." That's about as meaty as it gets, folks. The search for a literary Elvis companion to "Bubba-Ho-Tep", the film....goes on. The Two Kings have left the building, thank you and goodnight. (Note: As is customary, the mere inclusion of Elvis and Jesus in the title gets the book 5 stars, despite its middling and slight content)
