Floey feels like she is part of the wallpaper most of the time. Her glamorous, vivacious older sister always seems to take most of the attention, even when Floey feels it is her turn to be in the spotlight. After her sister's wedding, Floey decides to become the fabulous new Floey which includes dying her hair and trying to find a boyfriend. Although having her two annoying younger cousins stay at her house and problems with her two best friends get in the way. When Floey realizes that a lot of the younger boys in the neighborhood are staring at her, she believes it is time to take action and figure out who she really wants to be.
