As an English Language teacher I found this story to be very comforting. All of our immigrant children have faced this issue and we sometimes forget that they are dealing with trauma while adapting to their new country and language. I couldn't read this in a public school setting as it included the story or Jesus' immigration and that would be an issue for religious reasons. A great story for all adults that need to be reminded of what immigrant children face every day.
