The final Book, while this series has grown, I grew too.
I loved the original trilogy and the Camelot years just felt too extra.
However, this series has now come to a close and I think this book concluded it very well.
There were many twists, turns and gasp-worthy moments during the book.
The characters have come so far and developed so much that I love it, Agatha and Sophie are still developing in this book and we learn some startling things, one thing is related to Chaddick.
We figure out the truth of everything.
Two fan ships have blossomed, finally Hort and Sophie got together and ahhhhhhhhhhh I'm so happy about that, the other one was Hester and Anadil. They all are like a family within a family.

I love the special bond between the show more coven.

“You’re my real family, you know,” Dot said softly to her friends. “And I know I’m a part of yours too. Even if you act like I’m not. Even if you two pretend you don’t need me. A coven is three. It has to be three. Because I’d be so lonely without you.”

I think I liked this book the best of the entire series. Fast-paced, Agatha, Sophie, and Tedros are together again (for the most part) and determined to reclaim the throne of Camelot. Sophie, of course, begins the book a captive who struggles to remember who she is, but that doesn't last long and soon she returns to her friends with a plan. I think one of my favorite parts of this book might be the baby Merlin, which was highly entertaining. Overall, a fun read from a series that got better as it went along.
Soman Chainani, is an author written by women and writes for women. I've grown along this series, watching the trailers of the books in primary school and now a university film student. As the stories goes on my fondness grows. I love them so much :(

The ending was perfect for the series. I love the way that this series turned into a retelling of Camelot. Now I will wait for the prequel.
Agatha needs to prevent Sophie's marriage to the evil Japeth. Hester, Anadil, and Dot must rescue Merlin from his prison. Tedros needs to solve the mystery of Rhian and Japeth's birth. Meanwhile, Sophie must finally decide how she will live her life and what her own ever after is.
