James is twelve when pirates overcome the British navy on the island where he lives with his uncle the Baron. One of James friends is a retired pirate, but those nearer his age are almost ordinary. It's nearing the end of lucrative pirating, and the villain of the piece is after the map James father had been murdered for. Great story! I loved it!
Jake Ruddle sounds perfect as narrator.
