I just read this in the bookstore this afternoon and found a number of good ideas to use in my class next year. I've been teaching for almost 20 years, and much of the information contained in this book is, well, logical...still, I found where I could make some vast improvements. Here's the best nugget of all: this coming school year, my only rule in the classroom will be "You may do anything you want in this classroom as long as your choice does not disturb anyone else." Read more to find out how to implement this in your classroom!
