Not sure there was an ending to this book. Perhaps Bootleg Press ran out of paper? Bill Broxton is flying to Trinidad to see his long lost girlfriend and to keep an eye on her ambassador father. He quickly becomes involved in island politics, which relate to creating or preventing a friendly environment for a South American drug cartel. Suspenseful, but a little ridiculous at times.
