Maggie and her older brother are left in charge of their young 4 year old half-sister, while their parents take a long awaited honeymoon. Maggie put her sister on the bus that morning, but she never comes home from Pre-school. They realize shes been kidnapped. Which reveals resentment and deception from past family members. Plenty of drama and tension. Source: School Library Journal
