If you've ever looked for humorous plays, you may have stumbled upon the Reduced Shakespeare Company, who have written several shorter plays poking fun at larger works of literature: Shakespeare, U.S. history, the Ring Cycle, and even the Bible.

Here, Adam Long et al., have highlighted some of the better known Bible stories, condensed them, and added some bits of flare to them to make the audience laugh a bit.

While not recommended for church picnics, this play does have very humorous appeal, especially those those who know the Bible pretty well, and won't be easily offended.

Recommended for fans of humorous dramatic parodies.
A wonderfully humorous three-person play depicting major stories of the Bible. While possibly offensive to some (due to religious backgrounds and beliefs), it can also serve to point the universal human condition (ignorance, gullibility, etc.).
