This seems to be a thorough review of the artform, with some interesting thoughts on how to make your own collages. It's from the middle 90's and a product of its time. Turns out, I dislike a lot of modern art, particularly dadaism. This book was recommended by Sarah Ban Breathnach in Simple Abundance.
