Pleasantly suprised by this book. It really corrals a lot of diverse material of hermetics into a coherent no-nonsense philosophy. One can only fully apprecited its approach after sifting thru many other books on the subject.

Bardon is the quintessential magic teacher.
The original title in german is clearer = the way to the true Adept (der Weg zum wahren Adepten).
It's a course, there is a shorter first part about theory then there are ten degrees of practice. The practice is the simultaneous development of the physical, astral and mental bodies.
This course is every true seeker's dream come true. Uncounted generations have died searching for such a help. Blessed the time when such a revelation of magic in plain language is possible.

I have the 1971 hardcover, somewhat damaged by smoke. This is the book that instructed north american witches in how to do energy-based magic back in the 1970s.
