In the latest installment of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, Kinney brings the same humor and characters, but he also delves into some contemporary issues that kids may be facing in their schools. To me, this is what makes this book truly worthwhile. Kids will face a lot of change and challenges, and this book reflects. that.

A queridona da cantina deveria estar ganhando um dinheirão com essa invenção nojentona dela, a senhora Podsner.
Gostei muito do finalzinho em que ele está na outra escola e todo mundo gosta dele, parece que ele realmente vai conseguir subir na vida, consegue até uma namorada!! Achei que o autor fosse dar um final meio decente pra ele e terminar a saga do banano nesse livro, mas o karma tá agindo com muita rapidez, já que logo as coisas desabam pra ele. Queria ver como as coisas iriam acontecer com ele na nova escola, mas ok.

Jeff Kinney was born in College Park, Maryland on February 19, 1971. He received a degree in computer science from the University of Maryland and created a comic strip Igdoof, which ran in the campus newspaper. Before becoming an author, worked as a computer programmer, online game developer, and designer. He is the author and illustrator of the show more children's series Diary of a Wimpy Kid. He originally developed the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series online in installments on Funbrain.com. In 2006, he signed a publishing deal to turn his work into a print series.
