Description
Keith Doyle, business major at Midwestern University, with an unofficial minor in mystical studies and magic overseen by his Little Folk friends, flies off to spend the summer on an educational tour of archaeological sites of the British Isles and Ireland with his best friend, Holl. They hope to locate signs of Holl's long-lost relations as well as to help fulfill a traditional rite that will permit Holl to marry his beloved Maura. Keith's reckless exploits attract the attention of not only show more magical folk who are far less friendly than the Little Folk back home, but human smugglers. The Master and Keith's girlfriend Diane are forced to come to their aid. Can Keith keep from losing his college credits and Holl his one chance at happiness? show lessTags

Keith Doyle and his pal Holl are visiting Scotland and Ireland. Looking for the truth behind some of the myths. Getting involved in magic and trying not to involve themselves too much without too much obviousness. Very much the second book in a series I'm pretty sure I missed bits and pieces.
What ages would I recommend it too? Twelve and up.
Length? Most of a days read.
Characters? Memorable, several characters.
Setting? Fantasy, alternate dimensions.
Written approximately? 1991.
Does the story leave questions in the readers mind? Ready to read more.
Any issues the author (or a more recent publisher) should cover? Yes.
Why did this Michaels person assume Keith Doyle was an unsubscribed O'Day character? Too much confusion.
Why at the final stop did Holl switch from hi "nephew" to his "cousin"?
Short storyline: A fascinating trip through archeology and Europe.
Notes for the reader: A bit confusing at times.
For low vision readers - microscopic dark type.
