There are several murders that are all intertwined with each other. The ending leaves one wondering about what just happened and why certain events occurred. Perhaps a reason to want another story to pull everything together better. Who knows what the author's intent was. Four stars were given to this story. A federal judge and his two sons are gunned down in their home. With the investigation at a stand still. Lucas Davenport( US Marshal's ) and Virgin Flowers( Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension) are brought in to assist in solving the murders. Davenport and Flowers must try to solve the crime before the widow gets her revenge. An outstanding police procedural. no reviews | add a review
