Book four follows Skandar and his friends through their fourth year in the Eyrie.
Skandar works on his skills as a Mende while also wanting to help Kenna. I just have to say that Kenna annoys me to no end. She's incredibly selfish, having zero concern for anyone else. I want to strangle her. I honestly could not bring myself to care if she had a bad outcome.
It's a nice series--fun to get to know the characters and doesn't strain the brain.

Poor Skandar; he wanted so much for Kendra when she arrived at the Eyrie and it has only gone downhill from day one.
The ending was completely unexpected and I cannot wait to read the next book in this series, once it has been written, so I can find out what happens next!
