NCLA Review -This is the seventh and last book in the Yada Yada Prayer Group series. The period covered is from Thanksgiving to Christmas. The story revolves around Yada Yada Jodi Baxter and her conflicting emotions during startling events. She is mugged, and falls and sprains her ankle. One of the perpetrators returns with her cell phone. Jodi’s son announces that he is marrying his fiancé on Christmas Eve. Why? They are adopting an orphaned baby. All these events cause third grade teacher Jodi to question God. The answers are revealed very clearly and Jodi is able to make progress in trusting God. Those familiar with the previous books will know of the multi-cultural make up of the Yada Yadas and why this adds so much depth to this show more very fine novel. Rating: 4 —JD show less
