This185 page how-to on energy work is my new hero. Being a lightworker, I have been working with energy for a long time, and it was so great to have a reference for different ways to use it, in its many forms. I loved the suggestions for working with colors, strobing, and the section on energy tools was a masterpiece to behold. There is so much here that I am sure I will be incorporating it into my practice in a million different ways. I would recommend this blessed teacher to anyone wanting to learn about energies and how to use them for the betterment of all. This much needed read has easily made it into my spiritual toolbox. Thanks Robert, this will go along way to show more help heal the world.

I can tell this 172 page book is a real God send for all of us, especially the spiritually sensitive. The author says he wishes there had been a book like this for him when he started his path, and I am grateful to him for bringing this exciting and essential guide to us. Through appropriate pictures and charts, and simply written exercises we are shown how to manipulate our energy body in ways that can help us to release blocks, increase psychic development and even enhance our enjoyment of life, to mention just a few.
I do believe in working with our energetic body and have helped others on many occasions through different techniques, so I was very surprised and show more inspired to see that Robert had specific tools and instructions to guide all of us to do just that. I am impressed with the insight and the courage it took to write this precious teacher and I would recommend it to anyone on any level of their spiritual journey. Thanks, so much Robert for giving us some new ways to feel closer to my spiritual nature.
