Mornings by the Linden Tree

Overall, this was a good book with an engaging psychological journey. Wesley is not a likeable character at the start of this book, but the changes that he makes because his niece comes into his life break down the walls that make him unlikeable. The psychological journey had me hooked the whole way through. Mostly, I feel there are still some unresolved issues that would make the book better. It’s just that I’m left wondering about Wesley’s childhood, which is hinted at but not explored as much as I would like, as well as there was mention of writing of historical fiction in one scene, but that was never mentioned again. It’s going to drive me crazy not knowing.
