As the start of a new series, this would leave something to be desired. As a continuation of the Willow Lake Supernaturals series, I loved this. Parker & Levi have been a long time coming, and seeing how they navigate their differing backgrounds to get their hard-earned HEA was worth waiting for. I’m still really happy I’ve picked up these books, so start reading with Hellhounds Never Lie and give yourself a treat!
