Patsy Healey is Professor Emeritus in the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape at Newcastle University. She is author of many books on planning, including Collaborative Planning, and her contribution to the planning field has been recognised through the award of an OBE, the RTPI's Gold Medal and a British Academy fellowship
