Whew!! I find myself in need of a glass of icewater after this book.( see the rare 5 star rating) I wouldn't mind owning a horse again either to experience the on-horseback love scene. Very hot! ;) Wildfire is the start of a series surrounding a small country town and the mystery of the missing cattle. This first book is about Jake and Dee who had been teenage lovers but had gone their seperate ways 10 years before. Dee had never gotten over the heartache from Jake's leaving or the passion only he could fire in her. The sex is very inventive and fun as we watch Jake try and win back the heart of the woman he loves. The characters interact well together and this book left me wanting more. I also enjoyed how the end of the book leads into show more the next book. It's a nice touch. show less
