by Quentin Crisp
On This Page
Description
Outrageously witty memoirs from his place of self-exile, Manhattan's East Village. On virtually any subject - from politics & prejudice to the art scene & the gay scene - he is eminently quotable, spouting quips as hilariously irreverent as they are profound. His raconteurial flair & withering insights are matched with a rare sense of tolerance for the follies & evils of the ageTags
