While I wholeheartedly agree with the premise of this book, it was slightly less practical than I was hoping for, personally. I love how the author presents a gentle and easy approach to "movement snacks" and educates on the importance of small, achievable movements throughout our daily lives. I especially liked that you can find your "type" and identify your main problems and try out a specific set of stretches and movements to help yourself.
My issue is that many of these are presented as "something you can do at work!" which may be true if you work from home, or have a private office. But for those of us who work a very public front desk, we can't all just abandon our post to go for walks throughout the day or stand up and start doing show more leg lifts and whatnot in front of everyone. show less
