It was very easy to get into, and I found myself quickly drawn into the story. I loved the writing style and the world-building. The horror elements were done really well, and the monster descriptions and encounters were vivid and scary. I also really enjoyed the dynamics between the characters, especially the constant bickering between Nic and Alexys
