Author Dan Greenburg was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 20, 1936. He received a B.A. from the University of Illinois and a M.A. from UCLA. He writes for both children and adults. His children's series include Zack Files, Secrets of Dripping Fang, and Maximum Boy. His best-selling adult titles include How to Be a Jewish Mother, Scoring, Love show more Kills, and How to Avoid Love and Marriage. He is also a humorist, a screenwriter, and a playwright.
