“Monitor and the Merrimac tells the story of the American Civil War’s history of ironclads. Gives incredible coverage to help you understand the naval campaign and even the later ripples of effects such as later the in the First World War the British used a monitor style ship and the idea of rotating gun turrets is still used in battleships today- much like John Ericsson’s”.
