Peer pressure can be an awful thing. Five friends who were just having fun at first are soon pulled into a deadly game of fire with no way out. When a fire gets out of hand and someone dies the friends must find out which one of them is responsible before all their lives are ruined forever. When you can't trust your closest friends who else is left?
It was pretty obvious who the culprit was fairly early, mostly probably because I read so many of these. Come to think of it, I was reading this and Silent Night 3 together so I could review them before swapping them, and they were both the same. Both times, the killer was the person who seemed the most innocent and helpless.
