Summary: Alex is a fifteen year old girl competing in the 1960 Olympic games in Rome. She is a swimmer on New Zealand's team. This is the fourth and final book in this series, and she finally achieves her dream.
Personal connection: I always like watching the Olympics and really loved the show Make It or Break It, which was about girls trying to make the Olympic team.
Class use: Teach the students about the history of the Olympics. Have them pick a certain event and research it.
