This is a colorful, busy collection of facts about each of the 50 States of America; the facts range from obscure to obvious. The illustrations and layout are a little dizzying, however. In the back is a reference list containing state symbols for each state. This book would be enjoyed by elementary students in any Social Studies class.

This makes learning about the 50 states fun because students can imagine that they are on a road trip travelling around the U.S. It includes fun facts about each state along with colorful illustrations.
